A journal can be a wonderful, therapeutic tool for revealing how the mind is working and teaching it to run in new, more positive tracks. In this three-week course, we’ll do journaling exercises to shine a healing light on our fears and worries and to tap into our connection with divine love, strength, and positivity. Learn to cultivate an “inner chamber of peace” in the face of change and challenges. Worry and anxiety are but mental disorders that can be re-directed.
We will have the opportunity to share and engage with one another, learn the benefits of journaling, and experience simple prompts that can energize your own journaling practice. Bring your favorite pen, pencil and journal notebook.
